What This Policy Covers

This policy explains what information LodestoneSuite collects through lodestonesuite.com and what we do with it. It does not cover the LodestoneSuite application itself. Data our customers keep in the application is governed by their agreement with us.

Information you send us. When you submit the contact form, we receive your name, email address, organization, the product you are interested in, and your message. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include in that email.

Technical information. Like any website, our hosting provider records basic request information, such as IP addresses and browser type, to deliver the site and keep it secure.

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics on this website, and we do not ask for payment details or government identifiers.

How We Use It

We use the information you send us only to answer your request, arrange a demonstration, and follow up about LodestoneSuite. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who Processes It for Us

This website is hosted by Vercel, and messages from the contact form are delivered by email through Resend. These providers handle the information only to provide those services to us.

How Long We Keep It

We keep contact requests for as long as we need them to respond and follow up, and delete them when they are no longer needed.

Your Choices

You can ask us to tell you what information we have about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Email info@lodestonesuite.com.
